2. Spiral back anti-bandaging method: Spiral bandaging is performed from bottom to top, and each turn should be folded back to cover 1/3 ~ 1/2 of the previous turn. It is usually used for the upper and lower parts, and the circumference is obviously different, such as forearm and calf.

3. Circumferential bandaging method: Unfold the bandage and fix it on the part to be bandaged. Wrap it several times in a circle and cover it layer by layer. Finally, cut and smooth the bandage. Generally used for smaller limbs or cylindrical parts, such as hands, feet, wrists, and forehead, etc., and also used for fixing at the beginning of various bandaging.

4. Cross bandaging method: also known as “8” bandaging. This kind of bandaging method is one upward and one downward. Each circle intersects the previous circle and covers 1/2 of the previous circle. It is commonly used on shoulders, knees, and hips.
